Coupling PRO AQUA ProKan

50 years of operation

When laying the PRO AQUA ProKan corrugated pipelines, several types of fittings are used. PRO AQUA ProKan polypropylene coupling provides a linear connection of 6-meter pipeline parts. The PRO AQUA ProKan coupling can be used with pipes the perimeter stiffness of which is equal to 8 kN/m2, 10 kN/m2 or 16 kN/m2, i.e., with stiffness coefficients SN8, SN10, or SN16.

Design features

The cast construction (with a smooth inner surface and a corrugated outer wall) provides resistance to external loads and prevents a gradual narrowing of the internal throughway opening.

Couplings for the external corrugated sewer PRO AQUA ProKan come in five sizes (in internal diameter): 150, 200, 250, 300 and 400 mm. They withstand temperatures up to +60 °C in continuous flow conditions and +95 °C for short-term exposure.

Main advantages

Professionals point out the obvious advantages of Polytron ProKan polypropylene corrugated pipes and fittings, highlighting:

  • greater parameter stiffness and impact resistance;
  • reliability and durability;
  • high wear resistance (they are not susceptible to corrosion and the influence of stray currents, inert in an acidic environment, not afraid of runoff with suspensions, resistant to overgrowth);
  •  low price and ease of installation, low cost of operation.
