The Russian factory PRO AQUA founded in 2001 offers high-quality pipes and fittings made of polypropylene and polyethylene for hot and cold water supply systems, heating and under-floor heating, internal, external sewage and drainage.
The range of the factory includes over 1350 product items with diameters from 16 to 1000 mm. Product lines are constantly expanding, including products unique to Russia.
The company is equipped with modern equipment from leading European manufacturers such as Krauss-Maffei (Germany), Battenfeld (Germany), Cincinnati Extrusion (Germany), Unicor (Germany), Engel (Austria), and Sica (Italy).
Products under the PRO AQUA brand are manufactured using the certified brands of raw materials from world-famous manufacturers, including Borealis, LyoundellBasell, Sabic, Sibur and others.
As for today, the factory is equipped with 17 extrusion lines and 42 injection molding machines, the total production capacity of which exceeds 30.000 tons per year, which makes PRO AQUA the biggest polypropylene piping systems producer in Russia. Each year the company produces more than 25.000 km of pressure pipes and more than 6.000 km of non-pressure pipes.
The products of the factory are widely represented in all cities of Russia and other countries.
For 18 years of operation of the PRO AQUA factory, pipes and fittings manufactured under the PRO AQUA and Polytron brands have earned the trust of a wide range of professionals in the plumbing engineering market, represented by B2B and B2C segments, organizations operating utility networks, designers who use products of the company.
Our quality
All products manufactured by the PRO AQUA factory undergo strict control for compliance with the requirements of state standards, or, if they are not available for this type of product, the internal regulatory documents of the enterprise. Own certified testing laboratory allows the PRO AQUA factory to offer consumers the most advanced solutions for utility networks.
Activities carried out by the laboratory include:
- constant input technical control and quality testing of raw materials, basic and auxiliary materials intended for production, for compliance with the Interstate Standard (GOST) and Technical Specifications (TU);
- continuous monitoring of key indicators of product quality directly in the production process (operational control);
- carrying out acceptance, periodic and type testing of products for compliance with regulatory requirements;
- research activities aimed at the development of new types of materials and technologies in order to produce technically advanced products and products with unique characteristics;
The laboratory employs highly qualified staff with many years of experience in the field of quality assessment. For the testing of product quality control, modern high-precision measuring instruments and equipment for testing polymer products from leading European manufacturers (ZWICK, BINDER, SCITEQ) are used.
The production laboratory of NPO PRO AQUA, LLC is certified by FSU State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the Moscow Region for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO / IEC 17025-2006. The field of technical competence of the laboratory includes over 60 different measurements and tests for all types of products manufactured by the factory. The pipelines produced by the company have passed strict quality and safety control in independent testing laboratories as part of certification tests, which is confirmed by certificates.
The company has implemented a quality management system that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, which makes it possible to almost completely eliminate the possibility of manufacturing defects and ensure consistently high product quality.
